Fresh Bread & Rolls
Making bread requires care, technical knowledge and a great deal of commitment. At the Christmas Bakery we produce a variety of different breads to suit all tastes, from traditional white and wholemeal loaves to sourdough’s and speciality breads including our bestselling Multi-seed and Norfolk Crunch. All our breads and rolls are made with strong flours milled the traditional way from Canadian and English wheat. We work with two millers Wrights Mill in Enfield, an independent family miller since 1867 and Heygates, a family milling business since the 19th Century, who deliver twice a week from their mill in Tring. With nearly 4 tonnes of flour delivered every week, that’s a lot of baking and a lot of fresh bread, but we enjoy every minute to ensure you enjoy warm, hearty loaves!
