Our Sensation Cakes are a range of 10″ round cutting cakes that cut into 16 slices, perfect for friends and family gatherings. The range is inspired by traditional cake flavours including; The Lemon Sensation, a zesty lemon cake with Sicilian lemon curd filling and topped with lemon flavoured icing. The Carrot Sensation, a delicious, creamy no nuts carrot cake, sandwiched together with a cream cheese frosting. The Coffee and Walnut Sensation, a rich coffee cake with bitter-sweet flavours that’s packed with walnuts. The Chocolate Sensation, a firm favourite among chocolate lovers, rich and everything chocolate! The Victoria Sensation, a true baking classic! A light sponge cake, with our delicious bakers cream and raspberry jam filling. The Battenberg Sensation, classic afternoon tea treat that brightens up the table with its jolly coloured sponge, covered with marzipan and dusted with sugar. All of them are truly scrumptious!

Making bread requires care, technical knowledge and a great deal of commitment. At the Christmas Bakery we produce a variety of different breads to suit all tastes, from traditional white and wholemeal loaves to sourdough’s and speciality breads including our bestselling Multi-seed and Norfolk Crunch. All our breads and rolls are made with strong flours milled the traditional way from Canadian and English wheat. We work with Heygates, a family milling business since the 19th Century, who deliver twice a week from their mill in Tring. With nearly 4 tonnes of flour delivered every week, we're baking nearly 24 hours a day, 6 days a week to ensure you enjoy warm, hearty loaves!
We cater for all types of events and gatherings including Birthday Celebrations, Afternoon Teas, Wakes, Christening Teas, Children's Parties, Baby Showers or Business meetings. For smaller events you can order here for our Afternoon Teas, Children's Party Boxes and Sandwich Platters.
